          Mix in with your birds favourite dish, for total intake foods such as egg food, rice, vegatables we recommend a 1/4 of a teaspoonful daily per one bird with aviary birds, and 3 times a week for pet birds.You will find that Chris's Palm oil will mix in well with most foods, even when wettish, a good stir with a fork does the job well.

 Chris's unrefined Palm is packed in 500 ml jars, expires 2010. Human consumption grade.
